"On the main strip in Tulum however pretty far down so expect to shell out for taxis. They drag the beach for the seaweed multiple times a day which was nice. Across all of the area we had moments with servers forgetting items we ordered etc. we borrowed bikes and the first few had issues like flat tires before we got a pair to use. "If you’re looking for the quiet of Tulum this is your hotel!! The peaceful atmosphere feeling like your on a secluded beach, incredible plantings, greenery on the premises it truly makes you feel like your on vacation! If you’re looking for a very laid back property this is the place. Food in both restaurants is fresh, and delicious, the staff is amazing (especially Karen at Olivia’s and Cayay on the beach. Try to request second floor rooms facing the beach or gardens it’s a real feeling of being in the treetops! "

"We had a sea view room with a large balcony. The room was clean, spacious and right on the beach with a wonderful view. Housekeeping was efficient and all staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Beachside service from the bar/restaurant was wonderful. "
