"This place has excellent location and surroundings but the rooms could use a little renovation or something. Even “Tulum vibe” doesn’t really help the fact that rooms are looking very old and dusty. Hanger rod for towels in the bathroom falling down etc. other than that its a very good deal and beautiful beach and even kitchen is very delicious."

"service is par yet you pay high price"

"We stayed at Cabañas for 4 days, and had an ocean front room on the second floor which came with a private terrace and hot tub. The room was very comfortable and the hotel provided a beach bag, towels, and water in the room (we asked for more everyday and they always brought it right away). The beach is a few steps away and there were always chairs and beach beds available, unlike the big resorts where there are always towels in every chair.The service and kindness of everyone working here sets...

"this hotel far exceeded our expectations, it was so beautiful, our room so comfortable. But it was the service and attention to detail that blew us away, the staff were so nice , little touches like tea and chocolates in our room in the evening. Also the food was excellent in the restaurant , which also had the best view of the ocean along the whole beach, we will be back."

"Hotel Panamera is such a gem on Tulum Beach. The design is beautiful—the checkered pool is a total highlight—and the rooms are cozy and stylish. The food is amazing (the tacos are a must-try), and the rooftop bar is perfect for sunsets. I loved the daily yoga and the chill but vibrant vibe. The staff were super friendly and made the stay even better. Honestly, it’s one of the best spots I’ve stayed at in Tulum!"

"Me and wife stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We are highly recommending Sana Hotel. We definitely consider returning to this place as All aspect of this resort was excellent. From overall service to food. Rooms and design is amazing. Every corner is spotless and clean. We tried most of the food option and not even once we had a Mediocare dish. Pablo by the beach gave us a great and pleasant service. Alexis at concierge was very helpful. We have no negative comment. Might me helpful to Mention...

"El area es muy coveniente para llegar a cualquier de los lugares del centro , lo unico es que como esta en el mismo centro si hay un poco de buya en la noche pero ya a la 1 se termina y el hotel te ofrece tapones para los oidos , lo bueno es que el hotel te informa a acerca de eso antes y te ofrecen cancelar si no te gusta este tipo de Ambiente , nosotros la pasamos genial , mi habitacion estuvo super chevere y muy limpia , y las antenciones del personal excelente , y bien atento ellos todos ,...
