Watch unforgettable sunsets while you sip home made Margaritas and homemade tortilla chips with guacamole and salsa prepared and served by our staff!
Our villa offers 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom ,all beds have a romantic canopy over them . All bedrooms have French doors that open to private terraces with cafe tables and chairs to sit overlooking the Pacific Ocean for private viewing of romantic sunsets in your own terrace. The living room and dining room are completely open to our very large 300sq feet main terrace and outdoor living area that has a solar heated swimming pool , outdoor bathroom and shower and outdoor dining tables for 8 people, umbrellas and lounging chairs as well as an outdoor barbeque for you to enjoy life at it's best.

Our housekeeper Carmella will shop , prepare and serve 2 meals a day for you at your request (groceries not included in rent), as well as clean your room and change your bedding and towels daily . She is an amazing cook !!!

We have a boat service to go snorkeling to LOS ARCOS MARINE PARK or just visit the nearby islands and towns and beaches as well as a masseuse on call at your request.

The villa is perfectly designed for you and your party to have a carefree and wonderfully relaxing vacation in paradise.

Relaxing stay at Villa Delfin
What an amazing getaway! Impeccable views, a beautiful home and sunshine every day! Staying at Villa Delfin was a treat and made all the better by the home host, Carmella. Carmella is a beautiful soul and was just a genuine caretaker of us during our stay. Her cooking was amazing and her attention to detail in tidying rooms was top notch. You never knew she was there, except when you could smell the amazing fragrances coming from her kitchen. I can only hope I get to stay again in the future!

Wonderful Stay with Carmella at Villa Delfin!
Well firstly, let me just start by saying that everything you read in these reviews about Carmela are on point - she is truly amazing & made our stay so enjoyable!! From the moment we arrived, Carmela welcomed us with open arms to Villa Delfin, where we ate the most amazing home cooked food, had margaritas waiting for us each day & saw whales frolicking around in the water, from each of our rooms daily Carmela keeps the Villa immaculate & is always available to assist with anything you may require, from arranging taxis, making reservations at nearby restaurants & of course to make sure you don't ever go hungry or thirsty. Her son Carlos arranged a boat trip for us, which was one of the highlights of our stay, taking us out snorkelling at Los Arcos & then down to see a beautiful waterfall at Yelapa before heading back, where we stopped at Playa Las Animas for lunch at a restaurant on the beach - we even saw some manta rays - it was a really great day out on the water! We need to give a really big thank you to Carmela & the Villa Owners for allowing us a late check-out & additional nights’ accommodation at short notice, when our Flt from PV to SFO was cancelled at the last minute - it really helped turn a stressful moment into another relaxing last day with Carmela! We love you Carmela & your Aussie family will def be back to Villa Delfin next time we come to beautiful Mismaloya xx

Stare into the Sea
It was just the two of us in the house. Spent hours staring at the sea. Had to drive everywhere as the house is right off the road and is not conducive to walking. Was nice to have drinks and hors d'oeuvres each night made by Carmela.

Carmela was the BEST!
The house was very nice with beautiful views including whales everyday. What made the whole place OUTSTANDING was Carmela. Her attention to everything was wonderful and the meals were absoultely fabulous. Better meals than any restaurant. Never wanted to miss one. She is such a sweetheart and really became our friend. Amazing Villa Delfin
Our "girls gone wild" week at Villa Delfin was amazing, from the unobstructed view of the Pacific to Carmela & Lupita. Our host Gabriela was on top of all my inquiries with attention to all details, perfection. The house was immaculate, loved the open air concept with all doors and windows open, ocean breeze and no bugs. Carmela is priceless, never intrusive, it was almost like she could read ones desires, margaritas and mimosas fresh everyday, her cooking is to die for - fettuccine is so good not to mention fresh homemade nachos and salsa. We wanted to take her home with us. Sweet Lupita, refreshing our rooms everyday, making us so spoiled. Carlos gave a us a great site seeing, snorkeling excursion - paradise. We will return one day.

A bus or taxi ride from Puerto Vallarta, this lovely home in Mislamoya does not disappoint. Incredible views of the bay/mountains and Los Arcos from the west facing balconies/outdoor spaces of this cliff side villa…gorgeous sunsets. Carmela is wonderful, extremely helpful arranging taxis and best of all making the most delicious meals and drinks. You will be spoiled!

We love Carmela!
We give the house 4 stars, and Carmela 10 stars! The house is lovely, but what really made our stay special was being under the love and care of Carmela and her sweet niece, Lupita. They kept the house immaculate and Carmela prepared some of the best dinners we had on our trip (her mole sauce is the best!)! This was our first experience renting a house with “staff”, and I was worried we wouldn’t have privacy but this wasn’t an issue at all. Carmela was magically there to attend to our needs but we never felt imposed on in any way. She made us feel like family but we still had our space and privacy. As far as the house goes, it is an older home but reasonably well maintained and immaculate (thanks to Lupita and Carmela!). We only had lukewarm showers, which wasn’t an issue since we had warm weather. The kitchen is small and in need of updates but it didn’t impair our stay since we didn’t have to spend time in the kitchen, thanks to Carmela. The layout of the house worked well for our group. It is 3 stories, with the master suite on top (entry level) kitchen and living area and patio on the middle floor, and two guest rooms on the bottom floor. All had wonderful views and tasteful decor. The views from the house are fantastic and we saw whales every day, some very close to the house! This is a great area to stay in if you don’t want the noisy city, which is an easy 30 minute drive away. We miss Carmela! She touched our hearts and we are already making plans to go back to visit her!

Amazing!!
This was our second time staying at this location. Carmella and staff make you feel you are home. Our group of six had a wonderful stay. For whatever you needed Carmelo was there to help. The property situated on a Cliffside gives you amazing views all the way down the coastline. Only a 15 minute bus ride to town or a casual 10 minute walk to the beach of mismaloya where you can get a $25 per hour massage which we did almost daily. If you like to walk great hikes nearby. Thanks again to Gabriella the host and Carmela el jefe of the casa and Lupita her assistant. We will see you again.

Beautiful property overlooking the water and a short walk to Mismaloya. Carmela is delightful and her cooking was a highlight of our trip. AC works great in the rooms and the pool was a great way to mitigate the humid weather.

Most Amazing Stay in Mismaloya
It’s hard to put into words what a wonderful stay we had at Villa Delfin! We took a girls trip there for a birthday celebration and it exceeded all of our expectations. The property is south of Puerto Vallarta and takes you into a serene jungle with gorgeous ocean views. It was nice to get away from the city but it was also a short journey to get into town. As most of the other reviews say, Carmela is the reason to stay at Villa Delfin. From her amazing margaritas, to her guacamole and pico (which we indulged almost everyday of our trip!), she took care of us and all of our needs. She made the stay as a truly memorable experience for us. Her son Carlos helped get us set up for a fun day on one of his boats with Alfredo. He took us to a great snorkelling spot, saw the waterfall in Yelapa and then to an amazing restaurant overlooking the ocean for lunch. It was one of our most fun days! Carlos was also a great help for us when making plans to go out and also helped with taxis (although Uber was fairly easy there.) It was hard to say bye to the Villa but got the best hugs from Carmela as we left and we began planning our return for next summer. We love you Carmela!!!

Cliffside with spectacular ocean and mountain views with the sounds of crashing waves below. Large indoor outdoor living space with a large marble tile veranda. Nice size dipping pool will certainly cool you off. Very attentive staff. Carmella prepared excellent meals and keeps the home immaculate. Beautiful master suite and 2 other well appointed suites with private bathrooms. A tranquil setting. Ready the Margaritas!

Stunning, gorgeous, exquisite!
This is our 3rd trip to Puerto Vallarta, but our first staying in a house. We feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful area of Mismaloya. The house is immaculate, and you won't find a grain of dirt anywhere. The house is situated above a cliff on the Bahia de Banderas and you have these breathtaking views of the sunset and water that will be permanently etched in my memories. But the best part of the house is the not the view, not the water crashing on the rocks, or the multi-colored sunsets but of the live-in host Carmela. She is the corazón de la casa. She invites you in with her warmth and kindness and makes you feel as if she has been part of your family. Everything she prepares for you is homemade and not like anything you will ever taste again. Her chips and guacamole are unlike any other I have had before. Having Carmela there was like getting a warm hug from your grandmother every day. I cried the day we left because I knew I would miss her. I highly recommend having her son Juan Carlos take you out on his boat. You will get a private tour of the Bahia de Banderas and he will show you exclusive beaches and some amazing aquatic wildlife. This trip and this house provided my family with so many amazing memories that we decided we would go back once a year. I already miss Carmela!

Pure paradise
Villa Delfin was northing short of spectacular. It was a relaxing vacation from start to finish, coming and going as we pleased. The meals were taken care of by Carmella who is a wonderful chef. Our laundry and beds were made for us. She took care of everything we needed. We used her sons boat services and went snorkeling and fishing! Explored the botanical gardens which is a must see! This Villa is the perfect balance that is needed for anyone’a vacation!!

Villa Delfín—Fantastic house and staff
My wife and I took our 19 year old son and his girlfriend for a 6 night stay. The place is so wonderful. Very clean, open and inviting floor plan, and comfortable bedrooms. And that view….WOW! Carmella and Lupita made the stay so perfect. From the food to the service, nothing could have been better. We took a day trip on the ocean with Carmella’s son, Carlos. We stopped at several hard to get to beaches, snorkeled at Los Arcos and one other place, and had a fantastic lunch. We loved it and will be back!!

This property was very clean and just as advertised. Carmella is the best! Great cook.
