I would never stay at this hotel again. From start to finish, it was a deeply disappointing experience.
Upon arrival after a long flight, it took over an hour to check in because there were only two receptionists, both of whom were clearly new and inexperienced. When we finally got to our room, we found hair in the bathroom sink. That same evening, I noticed black footprints on the bed sheets. Shockingly, it took the staff two full days to replace them.
The dining experiences were even worse. The restaurant staff didn’t provide menus, citing a preset menu for our group, which severely limited our options. At the Chinese restaurant, they didn’t bring enough main courses, leaving many of us unsatisfied. The Japanese restaurant was marginally better, but the steakhouse was an absolute disaster.
At the steakhouse, the staff served one steak to be shared among the group, despite everyone wanting different temperatures. Worse, the steak was cold and overcooked. Instead of addressing our concerns, they kept bringing out chicken and shrimp, which we didn’t want. The manager, “RUBEN,” was incredibly rude. When one of my friends requested a properly cooked steak, he flat-out refused, saying, “No more food. We’ve served enough.”
This was supposed to be a luxurious stay, and we paid a premium expecting quality service. Instead, it was an utter disaster. I’m especially embarrassed because I invited a newlywed friend to join us, traveling all the way from Dubai to Puerto Vallarta.
