"Hôtel bien situé. Avec une chambre sur la cour, c'est calme mais aucune vue ni sur l'extérieur ni sur le ciel...et la cour est plutôt un puits d'aération. D'autre part, je pense qu'il est anormal que les sacs poubelles descendent par l'ascenseur unique qui devrait être réservé aux clients, ce n'est guère hygiénique et l'odeur restante n'est pas agréable. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympa. Le petit déjeuner à la cafétéria est très correct."

"Residential neighborhood with b and b in an old converted house. Rooms ok with modernized baths. Breakfast poor with canned pineapple in a country known for great fruit.Employees very nice but you feel the absence of an owner’s touch."

"My two main areas of discomfort were : 1.- No TV in bed room. 2.- manager insisted on payment in cash and for that purpose showed to the apartment without notice at inappropriate hours two days in a row. Location is good but I will not go back to the same apartment, there are several companies in the same building."

I was able to use their phone (toll free) and make arrangements with their assistance. They offered a warm, caring atmosphere in my time of stress. "Situated in a vibrant area with lots of young people, bars and restaurants. It was within easy walking distance of the Costanera Tower and shopping centre, plus parks. We always felt safe although we typically don't go out at night. There is some road construction going on in front of the building, which causes a bit of dust and noise, however, this didn't affect our stay any."
