We always felt safe although we typically don't go out at night. There is some road construction going on in front of the building, which causes a bit of dust and noise, however, this didn't affect our stay any."

The location is in a quiet, clean and safe neighborhood., it is a short walk to the greenway system leading to Balmaceda Park. Plenty of shopping and dining choices nearby. "Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was not ready when we arrived but we knew we would have to wait. Breakfast is very good. One of our family members had her purse stolen. Only then did the staff member not become helpful. They wouldn’t call the police and ask them to come to the hotel. Only told us to go to police station. This was the only time they weren’t helpful."

"Conviently located to shopping. Easy acces to 2 metro stops. Rooms are updated however showers are incredibly slippery. Beds are comfortable and the blackout curtains are a plus."
