"This aparthotel has so much promise-- spacious apartments, very convenient location, and friendly and helpful staff. With some updating, it could be fantastic. The shower was the most problematic issue-- water was either boiling hot or freezing cold, and switched between the two very rapidly. A normal shower was impossible; I ended up buying myself a plug for the tub so that I would have some way to bathe safely. Update the water heater, replace the ugly sofa (and bedding) with new ones,...

"Perfect place to stay in Santiago for our group of six. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff at the hotel spoke English and were very helpful. Our room was small but it had a very comfortable king bed and nice shower. "

"Creo que nunca elegi un hotel tan mal, la atencion para ser educado voy a decir que era "poco calida", la habitacion con paredes con humedad, el gel de ducha era shampoo aguado, el lector de tarjeta para entrar a la habitacion falla todo el tiempo.. pero lo peor de todo, el WIFI era inexistente... otros detalles el desayuno era desolador!!! Claramente no lo recomiendo ni volveria.. una lastima porque tiene una excelente ubicacion."
