"It was a spacious room with views of the Harbour, Opera house and the bridge. Convenient location. Close to Kings Cross Station, supermarkets, restaurants and a bottle shop. On the downside, breakfast was a bit chaotic. We'll be back for sure."

"Great location, 30 minutes walk to the city or 2 minutes to the train station. Great facilities (i.e. kitchen, TV, bathroom). Confusing negative, terrible WiFi, to the point were we had to sit in the nearby laundromat to have internet. "

"Great location. Clean. Our room had a sunny aspect and great view. Easy check in. Parking was close and easy. Only problem we had was there was obviously a leak in the roof above our bathroom. Any time it was raining water was dripping/running from the ceiling above the toilet. Luckily it was in the bathroom and dropped onto the tile floor and into the floor waste. This didn’t ruin our stay but wasn’t ideal. "

"The overall stay was ok. Comfy bed. Shower and toilet area is very small. Shower head is not adjustable so I had to bend as I’m 6ft tall. The staff advised me that the hotel manager is cranky and not in a good mood most of the time so any request for upgrade (if available/possible) may not be approved."

"Room was great and well-stocked. Bed, pillows, and blanket were extremely comfortable! Kettle was clean. Thanks for providing a powerful hair dryer and a hair straightener! Cups could be cleaner and water pressure could be higher for the shower but the water was consistently hot which was great. The room was kept really clean by the housekeeper each day. Breakfast was included and amazing everyday. It is literally the meal I look forward to most everyday. Location was great as well, walking distance to CBD area, and safe neighbourhood with lots of cafes and pilates studios nearby. Thank you for the wonderful stay! "
