"This was an VIP property but did not offer or mention anything. When I asked them about they said no. Overall property was nice and in a good location. Only one of the guy in the reception was not helpful at all"

"Late arrival into Florence via train so looked for a place to stay near SMN station. The B&B was abt a 5 mins walk. Self check in instructions were provided , all worked ! It was late so we were tired. Elevator is a bit old and small so if you have a lot of people or luggage it may take a few trips! Hostess was nice , did not have the optional breakfast option. "
