"Overall, it was a great stay. The lobby was modern, spacious and nicely designed. The staff spoke English well. They were very polite and professional. The bed was stiff and comfortable. The room had very nice lighting. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way, not a desirable view outside, but wonderful on the inside. "Late arrival into Florence via train so looked for a place to stay near SMN station. The B&B was abt a 5 mins walk. Self check in instructions were provided , all worked ! It was late so we were tired. Elevator is a bit old and small so if you have a lot of people or luggage it may take a few trips! Hostess was nice , did not have the optional breakfast option. "
