"Danielle at the front desk is amazing!!! I called to make sure we could be assigned to a first floor room. She did that immediately and when we got there it was all set. I don't like that they actually charge your card $100.00 deposit and have to wait 4 business days to have it returned. Only downfall is the bed was soft but you roll to the middle of the bed. They need to replace them or fix the frame?? "

"Trailers are extremely nice just like home. Very clean and comfortable. Bed, couch, pillows/linens all great condition and very comfortable. Has washer and dryer and all utensils/cookware. Could use little table and chairs outside but they did bring us some when we asked. Very close to everything, Zephyrhills is 3 miles away with lots of food options.
