"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"This was our first trip to Ponte Vedra, and our first ever VRBO! We came down to see our daughter and grandson, and this place had everything we needed! Neighborhood is adorable and the house is so comfortable. We made such great memories there and definitely look forward to another stay! Highly recommended and appreciated!!! "

"Family rented this unit during the Players Championship week. Great spot in a relatively secluded location. House came with beach access and beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Some of the house could use some updating, but overall a great place to stay!"

"If you are looking for serenity, this is the place. A beach right outside your doors. Non-stop windows facing the water allow you to enjoy the waves inside or a big deck for the full outdoor experience. Kitchen is fully stocked and the beds comfortable. To top it off….it is just minutes from St Augustine. It was the perfect beach vacation. "

"We rented this home for a family reunion and it had everything we could possibly need to accommodate our group. Loved the open dining/living area and the furniture was so comfortable and relaxing. We had great conversations in the sitting area andd loved being right on the beach. Kids loved it there. I would highly recommend. We will be back. "
