"We had a wonderful vacation at this property! The hosts were awesome and checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The home was perfect for us as it was right on the beach! The property was as described and VERY clean! We loved the fire pit right there by the ocean! So relaxing! The only "issue" was getting to the beach from the steps. Erosion made it difficult to navigate. It was obvious the hosts had attempted to make improvements by building up the sand at the steps but Mother Nature was already breaking down the sand. My spouse - who has mobility issues - was unable to actually get down to the beach because of the erosion. Thankfully the view was incredible so she was able to enjoy the ocean without actually going down to the beach. I will note other properties near them had the same issue so it wasn't just this property. And some were even worse than this property! Doggie Parents: The property is welcoming of doggies and the beach is dog friendly (on leash). However, finding a place to take the dog to do his "business" was difficult as there isn't any flat, grassy areas on the property. We walked the dog along the street which was very busy with fast moving vehicles. Waze User? When navigating to the Vilano/St. Augustine area from the property, ignore what Waze says! LOL! Turn LEFT out of the property! Only takes about 10 minutes to get the Publix at Vilano. Waze always wanted us to turn right which takes a lot longer! "

"My new home away from home! I love being able to walk right out the back door and onto the beach. And almost just as important for me was being able to bring my dog and having the freedom to walk the beach without the public crowds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Does not disappoint. "

"My husband and I Rented this house for a family vacation. But before this vacation, my husband lost his battle with cancer. So our family made This trip without him. This house was everything that was pictured on the website. The house was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The house was very clean. There were 11 of us and we all had plenty of room. The bedrooms are nice beds were comfortable. The view was amazing. Parking can be a little tricky, but very doable. The kitchen area was great was nice having two refrigerators. The deck was so roomy. We spent a lot of time out on the deck. The house was supplied with plenty of cleaning supplies if you needed it, Extra beach towels, Beach toys, And laundry detergent. And for me that was a nice touch. This house met all of our expectations and made our family vacation and remembrance of my husband amazing. He definitely would have loved this house. I cannot tell the owners, thank you enough for the great communication and even checking in with us throughout our stay to make sure that everything was to our liking. I know the rating is five stars, but I would give it more than five if I could. "

"The house is very comfortable, very well decorated, and very well equipped. You are directly on the beach. The beachfront is very private. Nothing but other private houses close by. Moonrises are spectacular. You are an easy 10–15-minute drive South into St Augustine and another easy 15-minute drive North into Ponte Vedra. Several Great waterfront restaurants close by. Plenty of easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Loved the location. Loved the House. Would go back again."
