"This facility is a gem in the beautiful point Reyes area and we enjoyed everything the facility and the area have to offer. The room features a perfect size with a loft for our teenage girl and homey & inviting amenities making us feel welcome. The beautiful Tomale Bay is facing our room and is so serene and tranquil. We enjoyed our morning walk and delicious complementary coffee and fruits to start our day. The entire complex is well managed. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely return when we’re in the area again. "

"Enjoyed our stay and Cherry is a great host. Only concern the wife and I had was the step down out of the bedrooms.If you had to use the bathroom at the top of the stairs and you forgot about that step, or it was dark, a person could trip. We left the bathroom light on as reminder about that step and left the French bedroom doors slightly open just to allow a little light as a reminder about that step. A suggestion would be to install a nightlight on the vertical wall of that step to alert people if they needed to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Wouldn't have to be that bright light and maybe even colored...blue..red etc. Overall, a nice little cozy cottage with spectacular views of the beach. At one time on our first morning we saw 16 surfers hitting the waves. Probably will come back although I wish 2 day stays were year-round. Wayne H."

"We have stayed here before and absolutely love both times! We love lounging as a family on the comfy couch. And love working on a puzzle with views at the table. Exploring nearby towns is excellent too..and the beach!"

"We recently stayed in the space above the tavern, which is part of Olema House, and overall, we had a nice experience. Check-in was smooth and seamless, and the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room met—and honestly exceeded—our expectations in terms of comfort and design. That said, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Leading up to our stay, I tried to contact the hotel multiple times over the span of a couple weeks with no luck. It wasn’t until one or two days before our check-in that I was finally able to get someone on the phone. That delay was frustrating and made it hard to plan ahead. We had dinner at Due West, and the food was good. However, the service was inconsistent—we had to repeatedly ask for simple things like utensils, water, and sauces. The staff was kind, just a bit forgetful. The biggest drawback was the noise on the night of our stay. When we returned to our room around 9:00–9:15 PM, there was a party on the property that was extremely loud and definitely affected the peaceful experience we were hoping for. As for the property itself—it’s charming, but parts of it feel a bit worn. The outdoor fire pit area, for example, had mismatched and weathered furniture that didn’t quite align with the price point or the “luxury” label. All that being said, I did enjoy our visit and would stay here again. The property is beautiful and has a lot of potential,it just needs a bit more consistency and polish to fully ask high rat"

"We came to beach to be with family and to celebrate life for a family member who passed over the holidays. The calming ocean breeze with mild temperature was perfect to reflect and to slow down our busy lives. Thank you for a great stay."

"This is a 28' travel trailer with a slideout. It is in a great location in Inverness for exploring Pt Reyes and we stayed for three nights. As it is a travel trailer, I would think it would be tight for more than a couple or perhaps a child that sleeps on the sofa bed, but I would think any more than that and it will get really crowded with suitcases. Plus storage is always an issue in a trailer, however we used the sofa for suitcases and it worked great for the two of us. The price point is as good as you'll find in the area and having the ability to cook your own meals is a huge bonus. The hot water tank is small - as expected for a trailer - so need to time showers and be quick but otherwise it was a great stay. Fresh eggs and coffee/cream was a nice touch. Nice firepit as well although we did not use it as we spent all day out hiking and by the time we got back and ate it was bed time. TV with satellite service plus the wifi worked great. We will definitely stay here again when we come back."

"Perfectly located for a friend getaway including my pup. Right on a dog friendly beach, it was convenient for daily walks to town for delicious treats.
