Amazing Oceanside Cottage w Private Beach Lot

Blending the elemental beauty of Stinson Beach and a boundless source of year-around activities & sightseeing options, the location of this amazing cottage brings together the best of coastal living and inland recreational treats. All seasons covered here with plenty to do; or do absolutely nothing, but relax and enjoy watching the sun setting from your front deck. Two bedrooms, a practical kitchen & all the modern commodities provided. Stay at ease and enjoy. Enjoy an early morning swim in the Ocean or boogie board to your heart's content. There is a rental store at the end of our street with wet-suits and surf boards for rent if you are feeling adventurous. They can also provide surfing lessons. Welcome!

Charming cottage

Best beachfront property on Stinson beach on a budget
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Just plan ahead to bring things for shower, extra towels, some firewood (yes, even it’s summer) and you will sure to enjoy it. In addition to hours of fun on sandy beach and beautiful views, the nightly stargazing is amazing too!

Perfect Oceanfront Escape
Great 3 nights right on beach and walking distance to town. Everything we could want in and outside the cottage. We and our dog loved watching birds and other dogs walking and running by. Look forward to returning.

Best Vacation Ever
We loved everything about our stay at this sweet beach house. It was perfect for our family of four and Angela was just as lovely as could be. Our two young sons were delighted to roll right out of the house on to the sand and my husband and I were in heaven every night falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. We are already talking about making reservations for next year. Thank you Angela! We'll be back soon.

Stinson beach vacation
Cozy beach cottage with 5 star views and one star amenities - no hand soap, dish soap, dishcloths, washcloths, beach towels, etc. I had to request toilet paper and soap from the property owner. Basically BYO everything if you plan to stay here as supplies in town are extremely expensive

Delightful cottage with sun deck right on the beach
This place is a real gem. The Stinson wind was howling the weekend we were there, but the patio and beach in front of this house were totally sheltered. We were out sunning ourselves while everyone on the beach was in their parkas. We enjoyed the view and sound of the ocean from the front bedroom while our kids slept comfortably in the back bedroom, which has a nice skylight and super cute comforters. We walked down the beach to parkside for breakfast and cooked dinner at the house. Good times.

Good News & Bad News
First the good news: It is beach-front, with a million-dollar view from the eating table and the large deck overlooking the surf and private beach. The bad news: you have to walk across that private beach to get to the place, and you have to park the car about half a block away. It is small, with a tiny bathroom accessible only by entering the second bedroom. There is no washer or dryer -- you have to go to the laundromat in Bolinas.

I Wish I Never Had to Leave
This was my second stay at this lovely duplex. The location could not be better. The deck and private beach are sheltered from the wind and the walk to town for whatever you need is minimal. The unit itself is charming, cozy and decorated very nicely. In my opinion, the photos don't do it justice. My pup and I feel right at home there. Angela goes out of her way to provide you with everything you need to enjoy your stay and was a very gracious hostess. It's always sad to leave...I hope to be back soon.

Winter on the beach
Property is right on the beach with 2 big windows facing the ocean. Stunning views. The unit is attached to owner's home but she was very quiet and helpful when necessary. The unit is quite old and worn but very clean. It's cold at night but the wood fireplace warms everything quite nicely and there are 2 electric heaters. You need your own wood. Ants invade if there is any food out so everything has to be in the fridge. The owner was very gracious and I enjoyed meeting her.
