Four generations and lots of love continue to share a week in August with my family at Dillon Beach. The Home is absolutely stunning, peaceful, spacious with all the amenities necessary for a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

This was a great house to celebrate a big birthday, we enjoyed cooking and hanging out in the backyard. The house was cute, well appointed, has an amazing location near the beach, on a quiet street, and we loved the fire pit outside and gas fireplace!

This place was perfect for my bday weekend with best girlfriends. The house is a short walk to the beach and is lovely and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked and made it easy to cook at home. I can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach house. It was well appointed and adequately stocked. The location cannot be beat. We did have an unexpected occurrence but the owners were prompt and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property and plan to stay here again.

Awesome home within a very short walk to Dillon Beach. Super clean and well appointed. Everything you need. The house is modern yet cozy. Great backyard. Ocean views from almost every room. Host was great to communicate with. We loved every minute. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with perfect layout and great use of space! The home is ideal for families with games and lots of lounging areas. Outdoor space is great with furniture, hot tub and bbq! Walking distance to the beach and a very walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend this home and will definitely rent again❤️

A magical place!
We chose this place for its proximity to a larger house up the street where a family reunion was taking place. This was the perfect spot to retreat from the chaos and really relax. Every single detail was at least as nice as pictured and described, if not better, and we found al instructions left for us very easy to follow. If my travels ever take me back this way, I'd return here in a heartbeat!

Overall, we were very happy with the home and the location. It was great being just a short walk away from the beach. The house was very clean & updated, especially the bathrooms. The hot tub was a nice perk given the cooler temps during out stay. My only critique is that the couches need replaced; otherwise it would 5 stars for everything.

Amazing Getaway
Very beautiful home with a short walk to the beach. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again in the future. Only minor ding was the cleanliness of the backyard area, but we figured we were some of the first guests of the summer season and it probably wasn’t used much. The hot tub and semiprivate enclosure was great though!

Dillon Beach Weekend
Our 9 year old granddaughter from Colorado loves the ocean and boogie boarding. Dillon Beach is one of the best and safest for her to enjoy both. Ann & Tom’s place is a wonderful beach bungalow - light and airy while also cozy and has everything you need. Walking distance to the beach, the general store, and the Coastal Kitchen Restaurant. The hot tub was amazing for warming up after ocean time and the outdoor shower made it super easy to rinse all the sand away before enjoying the hot tub. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and the card games for family time. We highly recommend Ann & Tom’s place and hope to stay again next summer!

Dillon Beach Comfy Cottage
This charming beach cottage was the perfect location to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Short walk to the beach -- if you drive you pay to park. The weather was mostly cool with morning and evening fog. Just a few things we found not in working order - ice maker, TV remote and Dish in the master bedroom - outdoor furniture was weathered and showing age -firepit screen needed replacing. We highly recommend bringing supplies with you since the one store close by was expensive with limited items. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back to this property in the future.
