"David's apartment is a beautiful, well-maintained, and nicely-furnished 2-bedroom located near 9th st and Folsom st. It has everything you'd need for a long-term stay. The front bedroom is the nicer of the two: the natural light and desk make for a very comfortable space. The back bedroom has no desk and the window looks out directly into the siding of the building, so there's no view. But the room is comfy. Both rooms have closets and tons of storage space. "Stayed 5 weeks. The location perfect. The street the house is on is fairly quiet, just residential traffic going one way. But you can walk to the Haight for boutique shopping, or party in the Castro without needing a ride."
