"The place is exactly as pictured, and even more charming and comfortable in person. The location is perfect, close to everything but serene and peaceful as well. It's less than a 10 min Uber ride from Berkeley (we were visiting our college kid), and we had no problems getting rides. The communication from the host was above and beyond, which we appreciated. Overall I'd give 10 stars if possible, and we definitely look forward to coming back to hopefully check out more of the surrounding area,...

"Grace's ADU was a good choice for our recent two-week stay in Mill Valley. We don't mind stairs, so we walked down to town almost every day. The only negative that we experienced was it was difficult to keep the unit cool on some of the hotter days. AC would have been nice."

"Woodacre is a great location and this property is in a perfect spot ... high on a hill overlooking the valley. Fully equipped. Great shower. Super back deck. Very comfy bed and pillows (nice surprise). I was visiting friends in Fairfax so this was minutes away. Hiking nearby is very nice, the local deli has sandwiches and breakfast menus that were a surprise and it was quiet. Sunny the dog visited a few days and got treats I always carry on the road. "The host, Eda, was an absolute delight. At the beginning of our stay, my wife had a fall at the place we were staying the night before we arrived at Eda's, and was unable to get around easily. She was most kind and caring about our situation and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property is very relaxing with lots of plants, outdoor furniture, a hot tub and lots of visiting birds to watch (particularly the hummingbirds)! We would definitely stay again....

The location is great for visits to Muir Woods and point Reyes. It may not be super comfortable for 2 adults due to size, but if you are a solo traveler, it’s perfect"

"Mill Valley is a lovely location and this is a lovely property to stay in. There are lots of walking routes and other things to do, plenty of places to eat and a good supermarket nearby. Sausalito and the Golden Gate Bridge are close by too. Rusty was always available if we needed anything. We stayed for 4 nights but if we come back again we may stay for longer than that,"
