"We enjoyed our 4 day stay at this location and had no issues with our room. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our family trip to London, which included a lot of site seeing. We took the express train (just a short walk- a block or two away to the Victoria Train Station) to get to London Garrick Airport when we left, which was very convenient. It was a pricey stay, but that is to be expected in this area of London and the rates were comparable to similar hotels in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Small but adequate for a short night stay before heading to Victoria station. The rooms facing the street may be difficult for light sleepers but I quite enjoy the asmr experience of cars going through the silent London night (luckily no explosively noisy altered cars or motorcycles)."

"I had a single room with a small double bed, desk area and chair. There was not much space around the bed, but it was exactly what I expected for the money I paid. the bathroom was a good size for one person. Both rooms were very clean. Although most toiletries were in refillable bottles the hand soap was paper wrapped and consequently wasteful as I did not use much of it (I suppose guests could take it home!). Toiletries were of an excellent quality. It would have been nice to have some hand/body lotion, but apart from that everything you could need was provided. Continuing on eco credentials I could not see any obvious instructions about re-using towels. Also, other hotels I have stayed in recently have suggested putting paper and bottles beside the bin so that these could be recycled. There was an electronic system by the door (operated from inside the room) to say whether you wanted the room made up or if you did not wish to be disturbed. If you chose the do not disturb option it double locked your door. This worked so much better than trying to hang something on the door handle. The door opening card worked well and was the most reliable I've ever used!! The communal areas were clean and the domestic staff smiled and were polite and helpful. The reception staff were also very polite and friendly. As a lone woman staying in this hotel, I felt comfortable and safe. I opted for continental breakfast and this was of excellent quality with something to suit every one."
