"I had an amazing one night stay at this property. The parking is a huge issue, and not everyone wants to use the valet.. you’re in downtown Philly maybe invest in some parking spots or buy spaces from the city so people can park around your building without risk of being towed. My only the complaint was the lack of attention at the pool when over 15 kids were in the hot tub and multiple younger ones flooding the floors with water and running all around the pool, several of them fell and no one...

"This was such a cool place to stay. It's a two bedroom loft apartment in an historic high school that's been converted into apartments. It has an amazing gym housed in the old gymnasium with an upper level wooden track. And it has a really cool common area with a pool table/table tennis/foosball and library. We're a family of four with two teenage boys. I love having them in their own room vs all of us crammed into one room on two queen beds. And it cost less than staying at a traditional...
