"Good points Beautiful old fashioned (in a good way) hotel. Shiny brass and polished wood. Staff very friendly and tried to help fix the problems. Room clean, quiet, well-appointed (a microwave would have been nice), bed comfortable. Good central location Inexpensive Problems We were given two sets of keys. One key didn’t fit the lock on the front door (it was replaced by staff) The bathroom door couldn’t be closed. That was fixed on our first morning."

"We really liked the location-short walks to transportation, shopping, museums, dining, the Quay. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, the in-room laundry was a bonus. Unfortunately, the room, carpets and furniture were worn and should be replaced soon. In addition, our balcony overlooked the parking area and a small roof which had had garbage (including a bottle of urine) tossed up onto it, so that was our view.
