"Overall, it was a wonderful stay. However, I was late checking in a day due to a delay in flights, when I got in the next day, they said the room was not available due to it not being clean. I am unsure why they would give it to someone for the night when I had already reserved it at that point. "

"Good points Beautiful old fashioned (in a good way) hotel. Shiny brass and polished wood. Staff very friendly and tried to help fix the problems. Adina Apartment Hotel Perth - Barrack Plaza

4.5 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (1326)
"We really liked the location-short walks to transportation, shopping, museums, dining, the Quay. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, the in-room laundry was a bonus. Unfortunately, the room, carpets and furniture were worn and should be replaced soon. In addition, our balcony overlooked the parking area and a small roof which had had garbage (including a bottle of urine) tossed up onto it, so that was our view.
