Our room was spacious and modern with attractive furnishings. However the shower recess was badly designed with water running onto the floor. Staff were friendly and very helpful

It was nice and quite - the renovations seem to be taking a long time - impacting first impressions and usability of the foyer area. I was offered a $20 upgrade to a view (I think most rooms particularly on the higher floors will have a river view??)

Disappointed that I wasn't notified that the property is undergoing significant renovations until AFTER I arrived at the hotel - too late! Room was nice. Valet parking took a bit of time dithering but everyone helpful. Excellent location. Breakfast nice. I'm sure it will be great when the renovations are done, but sadly that looks like it will take a while.
