Absolutely incredible stay, staff and cleaners were very friendly. Feel we got very lucky in terms of accommodation as it was so much better than we could have expected. Will definitely stay again if we're in the area. Wonderful place

The location is excellent as a short (up hill) walk into kings park or 5 min walk across the freeway using footbridge and take free cat bus or 935 into the park. Footbridge is also the way into the city taking 5 mins to st georges terrace where you can walk to woolworths for groceries (20 mins) or catch a bus including the free cat bus to Elizabeth Quay bus station and from there or the adjacent station you can head off anywhere in Perth or beyond. My ground floor open plan room was very quiet and spacious with large comfy bed but only one armchair. Lovely shady patio. Terrestial TV. Microwave/gas hob for cooking with ample crockery and utensils but no cooking oil, salt, pepper is provided. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets in the fridge. Great shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Towels changed every other day and bin emptied otherwise room servicing depends on length of stay. Free car park although space not guaranteed. Excellent cafe restaurant serving breakfast. Also serves interesting meals/drinks but not open everyday. Very popular. No room service offered. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Only criticism is room a bit jaded but very good value for money.

This property is in a great location. Easy 15 min walk across the pedestrian bridge to Perth CBD. The room is quite spacious and has a kitchenette with toaster fridge and kettle. Unfortunately there is construction ongoing at the property next door and the work started at 630 am every morning. We are on vacation and would prefer to have some quiet at least until 8 am. Also smoking is allowed on the balcony and our downstairs neighbours enjoyed doing that. So be aware that you may not be able to use the balcony. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would recommend this property and definitely the restaurant which is outstanding

Lovely property, has been done up inside and the rooms are well kept and clean. All kitchen equipment provided, linen and towels. Happily stored our luggage on check out so we could continue exploring Perth till our evening flight.

Staff were excellent- very friendly and helpful- location was easy walking to Kings Park and Barrack Street Jetty. Great coffee and breakfast. Only negative was room was not cleaned during our stay.

Located in a really lovely area that is close to the city but just far enough away that it is very quiet and peaceful. I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and had a great experience. Would definitely recommend to people staying for extended periods of time.

Have stayed here on 3 occasions so can’t be bad but one thing to note is that it’s very near the freeway so is quite noisy at time. It’s an easy walk into the city and Kings Park. Th breakfast/dinner restaurant is excellent but strangely not open on a Saturday evening

This is a smart and cool option at the foot of Kings Park. The hotel is styled really well, the reception staff are gracious and accommodating, and the hotel is one of the very few in the area that offers free parking. The hotel restaurant is excellent. I loved my stay here and will make this my base for my future Perth travels.
