From the entrance to the reception staff and the restaurant, I was truly impressed by the hospitality, attentiveness, and dedication of the hotel employees to treating their guests with care. As a Japanese traveler who is not confident in English, I really appreciated how they communicated with me in a clear and simple manner. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I was even treated to a special surprise. The room was also very clean. If I could, I would give this hotel 100 stars! I haven’t stayed at other hotels in Perth, but I can confidently recommend this one without a doubt.
