"We liked the location of this hotel as it was only a short walk to get into the center, ferries, trains. We did not have a car but managed to get around on the public transport ok. The side of the hotel we stayed on facing the Convention Center, was quiet for the best part. "

"Our only complaint is the quality of the bed, it did not provide a good sleep. Every time one person moved the whole bed shook, plus it felt smaller than a queen size bed and had some sort of plastic topping on the mattress which makes a terrible noise everytime you move."

"Good location, short walk to Elizabeth Quay, CBD restaurants, bars and shopping, pleasant check in. Apartment was clean and well equipped, reasonably priced accommodation with parking included. Only let down was abrupt call from reception on morning of check out, we secured a late check out to 11am on arrival but reception called after 10am and advised we would have to pay an extra night.. obviously we were not happy with this and on checking out at 11am as agreed the extra fee was not charged....

"I love staying here, it is convenient and the staff are lovely, have stayed for over 20 years, but really wish I could get that room with the Bath, given I have a requirement to 'bathe every night', assists me to sleep otherwise, my night can be a challenge with my health. Just never seem to find it online when booking 'I was put in this room once and so loved it', i.e. as a beth is essential for my health, so afraid I don't stay here as often because of this, But would love to. Everything else...
