"We booked last minute so were glad to have a room. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. When we entered the fully mirrored elevator, someone was polishing it. (He told us it was cleaned every four hours!) It was spotless, as was everything else in the hotel. Our room was compact but had a place for everything. The staff stored our bags the next day for an indeterminate amount of time. The lobby has plenty of seating and workspace. The riverfront is 2 blocks away for strolling. We would be happy to replicate this experience in other cities. "

"It was a good place for me to stay one night after I arrived late at the airport. The pickup service was great and much appreciated. I didn't have the chance to try the pool but it looked very inviting. The room was quite spacious and had a the small kitchenette with a European sized fridge. "

"Jacqueline was an absolute pleasure when we checked in she made sure my kids and I had all our baggage secure and safe l including all the teddies so I could go and park the car "

"We stayed here as the hotel is close to the airport and we had a very early departure. We were going to the AFL at Optus Stadium the afternoon before and the free bus service to the ground left and returned just outside the hotel. Very convenient and seamless transport. The pool was much appreciated on a 33 degree day and restaurant waitress was very helpful in delivering our pizza dinner poolside. The bed was incredibly comfortable and hard to get out of at 3am to take the excellent shuttle service to the airport which leaves every hour. Highly recommend this very pleasant hotel. "

"A nicely located hotel with views overlooking the Swan River. Close to centre of Perth. Comfortable rooms. Air conditioning didn't seem to be working when I arrived, but was fine for the following days. Breakfast was good value, but I would have welcomed more choice."
