"The sun was burning on the day of arrival at 11am , 40 degrees. We asked the receptionist, a gentleman (unfortunately I didn't remember his name) to drop off the luggage first, and he checked us in earlier. :) Room size , bathroom size is generous. Bed is comfy, bed sheets and towels are clean. My only "complaint" is that there was no complimentary water (2 bottles for guests). I am not sure if most hotels don't provide that anymore. In general, great experience, prime location, close to stores, eatery and transports."

"Water burst out of light fittings in my basthroom early in the morning...I was waiting in my room for over 30min for assistance...towels were brought to my room... No offer to change rooms mind you 1:30am didn't really feel like it... Other than that id stay in a Junior King Room again."
