"Lots of problems - supposedly a superior room - toilet flush broken, toilet door handle broken, bathroom had very strong smell of urine. A/C centrally operated so had to phone reception every time one needed to turn it off or on - however this wasn’t mentioned at check in - lots of staff but all useless and appear ro do nothing. Very noisy street - club music until 4am so if you absolutely must stay there ask for a room at back of hotel."

"I absolutely loved this hotel. My room was beyond exceptional, and the breakfast that included was a decadent feast on the roof with a stunning view of Istanbul. In the heart of old town, you can walk all over and explore while you feel safe. As a woman traveling alone, this was very important to me. Their spa Was absolutely incredible. I did my first Hamman bath and felt safe comfortable, and pampered! While I was there, I came back for many more spa treatments and just loved it! "

"Fabulous nice neat and clean hotel . Few minutes Walk to Istiklal street on your way a lot to explore . Very nice interior and a lot of amenities .View of my room fabulous city and river view . Beds washroom clean interior of hotel was awesome. Staff always ready to help . Breakfast was amazing with a lot of selections .Breakfast staff was very professional and well uniformed with nice elegant smells . Fine Restaurant,Cafes and many more on walking distance . Commute to old town or Grand bazar...
