"Beautiful facility, great location for tourism in Taxsim area, great ground floor cafe and rooftop restaurant amenities. For me the hours of free Steam & Sauna 09:00-22:00 were the same hours I was out of the hotel as a tourist exploring so I cannot rate them. Extending steam and sauna hours to before breakfast (07:00-23:59) and after dinner would have been beneficial for my schedule and a great way to start and end the day."

"I absolutely loved this hotel. My room was beyond exceptional, and the breakfast that included was a decadent feast on the roof with a stunning view of Istanbul. In the heart of old town, you can walk all over and explore while you feel safe. As a woman traveling alone, this was very important to me. Their spa Was absolutely incredible. I did my first Hamman bath and felt safe comfortable, and pampered! While I was there, I came back for many more spa treatments and just loved it! "

"Loved staying in Beyoglu for a change and the hotel staff was extraordinary. They had great tips for restaurant and activities in the area. Breakfast we good but I've had much better in Turkish hotels. The rooms are comfy but small but you don't spend very much time there. The staff are truly the strength of this hotel."
