"This hotel is an ideal location and very close proximity to all the main visiting sights. It is a clean and relatively new hotel, with classic decor and spacious rooms. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Ferhat, Aykut and Hamza on reception who were really accomodating. The cleaners didn’t speak much English but were lovely ladies called Aynur and Kadriye. The only thing I would say is the choice of breakfast items isn't great and very basic. "Everything was great, nice service, clean room. The only minus is that at breakfast only instant coffee was offered. But would definitely recommend staying there "

"Nice young man, I think the son of owners helped me up a narrow staircase with my luggage. The room was a reasonable size for being in the heart of Istanbul, and was nice, had a fridge (with 2 bottles of water) table & chairs and a comfy bed and a good AC. The area is very convenient to the heart of Istanbul, close to Galata tower, Galata port and near the Trams to cross the river to see the Mosques and more in the old town, also close to the ferries to lots of places. The Metro is a 10 min walk...

"Affordable and convenient location (walking distance to most attractions) spacious room, good water pressure, friendly staff. Would specifically thanks Serif, the front desk boy, he is very helpful, answered all questions in minutes, and helped carrying our luggage to the second floor. "

"Hotel hosts Emir and Mehmet were very attentive to my needs and provided excellent help, information, and service. The walk to the tram line was almost entirely uphill, the streets to it to it were narrow and congested with traffic."
