"I have some my Issues I did reserve six nights room size 3 29 ft.² when I arrived Reception or Mr. Hussein squeeze me in a room 29 ft.² I did complain about the TV not working about the room smell bad. I told him this is not what I reserve on Expedia, he mentioned to me the hotel is full I told him not that what I reserve even I spoke to Expedia the contact the office at Pera Hill today later I spoke to Mr. Yousuf. "Beautiful facility, great location for tourism in Taxsim area, great ground floor cafe and rooftop restaurant amenities. For me the hours of free Steam & Sauna 09:00-22:00 were the same hours I was out of the hotel as a tourist exploring so I cannot rate them. Extending steam and sauna hours to before breakfast (07:00-23:59) and after dinner would have been beneficial for my schedule and a great way to start and end the day."

Great place. Really well located.

"I wasn’t expecting much given how reasonable and well located it is; but boy did this hotel blow me away! It is beautiful with an old world charm. It’s location is amazing - walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Topkapi, etc with many restaurants right on its doorstep. The staff were also amazing. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until 2am but they ensured someone was there to check us in and help us with our bags. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family."
