"Shower base not safe .,slippery when you wash the soap , recommendation is to add small rough plastic sheet for safety Cover sheet is not good at all ( not wide enough to cover 2 persons I am not trying to criticise but to advise only All staff was excellent "

"Incredible stay. The family room was very comfortable, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and very close to the palace and mosque. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. "

"Our Sultanahmet Suites experience was mixed. Initially we were given a very small room which was clearly not what we paid for. Fatih, the manager was a great guy and very accommodating. We eventually changed rooms 4 times during our week long stay for one reason or another but the last two rooms were nice and spacious albeit with minor issues like AC out of order or drains blocked. Overall would recommend but suggest making sure you check which room you've paid for."

"Great location for the sea and blue masjid. Hotel satisfactory as we got a refurbished room. The seagulls were a nightmare non stop noise but not the fault of the hotel. Best to book your own transfer from the airport we were charged double by the hotel, not happy. "
