Amazing hotel!! Staff are so attentive and so helpful & friendly. The room was beautiful and the cleaning team are amazing! Would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Istanbul! Everything was above expectations! Honestly worth every penny!

They charged a temporary deposit at the check in, and tried to keep a portion of it at the check out even though they didn’t mention it at the check in. Never experienced anything like this before. The location is not bad though

Best Hotel in Istanbul
We are World travelers! This is the first time we feel sad to leave a hotel… staff were so friendly, room service, cleaning crew went above and beyond. Our room view and the food was priceless. Staff put every effort to make our stay perfect. We took a private boat ride to the princess Islands. Yiğit made sure everything went well. This is our Hotel to stay in Istanbul! We can not wait to come back.
