"The property itself was so well kept, the rooms were very really clean. Me & my mum both felt safe, everyone who worked there was wonderful, from the reception, housekeeping to restaurant staff. The breakfast was lovely & fresh, everything was made as we ordered and the rooftop area had a great view of Istanbul. The location was also really good, a few minutes walk to İstiklal. Esmanur who worked at the reception was exceptionally welcoming & kind. We would definitely recommended this hotel. "

"I have some my Issues I did reserve six nights room size 3 29 ft.² when I arrived Reception or Mr. Hussein squeeze me in a room 29 ft.² I did complain about the TV not working about the room smell bad. I told him this is not what I reserve on Expedia, he mentioned to me the hotel is full I told him not that what I reserve even I spoke to Expedia the contact the office at Pera Hill today later I spoke to Mr. Yousuf. "Rate is Fake. Bad, Very Bad stay. Give 10$ more and stay in much better conditions. At least get a normal breakfast, normal size room without smelling. I don't know how it is rated 4,4. Don't believe the rate, actual rate should be no more than 1,5. Make yourself something good and believe what I write here. Again, give 10$ more and stay under conditions."
