The location couldn’t be any better- stunning views of the lower Niagara River and Lake Ontario from our room, and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops on Queen Street. The Chestnut Inn was a great and lucky discovery given all the confusing clutter of options in Niagara Falls and a perfect choice for us in comparison to any of our previous accommodations in the area over the years. "The furniture was dated and possibly Victorian. Owner very friendly . It was located in a mixed/older neighborhood but quiet. Close to Falls but need to drive. The gardens would be very impressive. Would be limited if had mobility needs. "

"Old Ivy Walk is the perfect place to stay while visiting NOTL. We were able to park our car at the house and walk everywhere. Our host, Phil was a pleasure to get to know. Even before we met he gave recommendations on where to eat, when to buy show tickets, etc. A delicious breakfast was waiting for us each morning. The house is beautifully maintained and very comfortable. We are looking forward to visiting again this summer."

"I stayed there with my husband in November. It was a lovely stay. Room was cosy and breakfast was amazing. Very relaxing. A bit far from walkable dinning options but with a car there are many great options around. Also close to Niagara-on-the-lake lovely town and vineyards. "

"It was a nice stay. Room was clean and tidy. There was no air conditioning or air movement but we found a fan in the closet. Windows were left open. There was sound barrier between owners area and our room (we could hear their tv through our headboard wall as well as dishes clanking). We didnt participate in the breakfast provided. Note- you sit at one dinning room table with all of the other guests which i found to be strange. "

Holiday Inn Niagara Falls - By The Falls, an IHG Hotel

"This was an ideal location for our activities. Across the street from Fallsview Casino, easy walk to the Falls, walking distance to Clifton Hills. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A couple of items to improve on would be cleanliness of curtains - the rest of the room was clean; remote for the tv was a bit finicky, perhaps batteries needed to be replaced."

"I reserved 4 rooms for our grown kids and the grandkids, we were provided an early check in on one of our rooms so we could unload our vehicles and get ready for the Waterpark. We were granted late check out for our rooms that allowed us to enjoy the Waterpark on the day of check out. All the staff we encountered was excellent. Thank you "

Great view and spacious comfortable stay.

"What a lovely hotel. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a Juliet balcony Fallsview room on the 17th fall. The view off the falls was amazing. We stayed the week before Christmas and everything was very festive. Lovely clean hotel. Looks recently renovated. Room was very big and warm with sofa and fireplace. Comfy bed and pillows. The hotel has a Starbucks, hard rock and handy gift shop. Really close to everything. And right next to Clifton hill. We used the undercover car park which was really handy and reasonable in price."
