"My hotel booking was changed to the Hilton because of a plumbing issue. I had an issue when I proceeded to check out. I had decided to pay by debit but the hotel ended up charging my mother’s credit card which I stressed on check in that I did not want happening. It was my mother’s birthday gift to stay at the hotel. There was also a strange charge of $56 that was not made clear. There was some confusion until the person understood to undo the credit card charge for me to pay by debit. I’m not sure how this happened in the first place?"

"Amazing experience "

"My room view was that of the rooftop with a garbage bucket right outside my window. Still trying to figure out if the bed was a king or queen as I had ordered a king for two people and we were lying too close for comfort. The room had small ants in which I killed 6 while I was sitting on the toilet. Could not raise the bathtub plug to drain water from a shower and the faucet continued to drip with a steady and slow stream after trying to shut it as best as I could. On the positive side, room service was excellent as they brought me a toothbrush and paste right away as I had forgotten to bring it. Also the front desk was very courteous. "

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Should include a bar fridge and microwave. Update furniture and bathroom needs sprucing up ( toilet and sink not functioning well). Like the breakfast included!"
