"We (8 of us) found the house very conducive to a large group of women. Each of the four bedrooms had very comfortable king beds, and the decor was very inviting. Also, it had multiple seating areas where we could either gather all together or separate into the different areas. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, very close to the 17 Mile Drive and coast. "We rented Lux 1 In pebble Beach at the end of April 2024. We were attending a family wedding, we were only there for two nights which didn’t seem long enough! The home is lovely, huge, clean and very well managed. Zorka is a wonderful contact and very accommodating and gracious. We wished we had booked at least another night so we could truly enjoy the estate. It’s gated, safe and the views are spectacular. We will be back!!"

"Julia's house was a great home base for our weekend getaway and Big Sur Marathon. Kitchen was well stocked and the rest of the house was spacious and comfortable. The driveway is very steep and narrow, which would be good to know ahead of time if you have a low vehicle or one with a trailer hitch like ours!"

"House is woefully in need of many minor repairs. Wall sockets in bedrooms need to be replaced. Most important issue is slippery bathtubs with no grab rails. One shower has see through window to outside. We had to hang a towel outside to block it. Another shower had no light, bulb needs replacing. House lighting system is puzzling…whenever anyone gets up at night the entire house lights up. Heating system is poorly designed with one bedroom getting all the heat. "We really enjoyed our stay. Nice big driveway and plenty of space. We were nervous because the beds were firm but in fact they were quite comfortable as they were a tempur pedic style. The host was very responsive and the check in and check out was smooth and easy. Beautiful property with a nice view from the back and we even saw a rare bobcat!"

The vacation home is clean, has comfortable beds, a nice kitchen, and a lovely backyard. The beach is an easy walk from the house.
