"We have stayed here many times. I would normally give 5 star. However, this time I cannot but it is only because I have a sensitivity to fragrance. The hotel has a signature frangrance throughout the entire hotel. The smell was way too strong. My eyes were burning and the smell was so overwhelming that I had to sleep with window open. Staff was excellent. Room was clean. "
