"Really impressed by the hotel, it was a very welcoming establishment with good staff and stunning outdoor space. The rooftop pool was chilly but a great asset, the room was clean, large and had a big bed and a very good rainfall shower. On our last day we left our bags, prebooked the shower room for 3pm and then had a great time on the beach. The airport bus goes from just over the road and is 5€ each. I'd stay here again!!"

"The hotel is situated a short walk from the port and cathedral. Plenty of restaurants close by and the hotel does have its own restaurant. Very pleasant team from first arrival and through the stay to departure. We were able to take our room earlier than expected but we were not in high season. Breakfast is continental with the typical choices. The roof top terrace is sunny from early morning through to late afternoon and a great place to relax. We really enjoyed our short stay at the BO hotel"

"The only reason for not giving the 5 start is because of parking, the hotel is awesome and is in the best posible location, a lot to do and see around walking distance but theres no parking in the hotel, you need to drive couple of blocks to an underground parking and it is a lil bit of a mission. If you are not renting a car perfect but if you are renting a car is going to be challenging to park even driving around palma is crazy. Other than that the staff and hotel are awesome!"
