"De villa bestaat uit twee gebouwen. De 3 persoons slaapkamer zit appart van de andere kamers. De kamers zijn prima, alleen het feit dat er geen airco is, is bijna afschrikkend. Het hele bed volzweten en de volgende dag weer in dat zelfde bed zwemmen is niet heel hygiënisch. De reden dat deze villa bijzonder maakt is de tuin, die onwijz groot is met genoeg ligplek. Wel wordt je 24/7 bekeken door bovenstaande appartementen. De plek is voor jongeren heel goed aangezien de bierkönig er terreliik...

"New villa with great pool. This is not someone’s home, but a stylish purpose built house for holiday rental. Spacious inside but does have a spiral staircase to upper rooms which makes it bit difficult to get suitcases and babies up and down the stairs. V quiet location though this made it a bit tricky for friends and taxis to find us! Better to have a rental car. Pool was clean and gated - which was good for safety as we had 2yo with us, but deep even in shallow end, so better suited to older...

"The villa is OK. Very central in Can pastilla. Taxi rank just around the corner and very close to train which takes you all the way to the other end of the beach (b1) The villa was mediocre. It was big enough for our party of 10 (6 adults/3children/1 baby). Mallorca Home Villas as a company is second to none. As mentioned we had a couple of issues at the beginning of our stay but their customer service was amazing and everything was rectified as soon as it possibly could be. Would definitely use...

"A really amazing stay at Migjorn! The property was perfect, exactly as advertised. Location couldn’t be better, right across the street from the beach. The owner of the property was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful too."

"Amenities close by within 10 minutes of the beach. Very clean in general car parking difficult if gate does not work. Had some trouble working out the oven controls as the heat settings have been rubbed away."

"The villa was nice and in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space and the rooftop patio was great for sunrises and sunsets. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to unforeseen issue with the heat/hot water. The rental company offered other places on the island but we wanted to stay close to the marina. They were great about refunding the difference nad very responsive."

"The property was very poorly appointed. Lots of broken tiles and flooring, stains on the indoor seating which smelled when you sat on them. The towels were flimsy and no soap provided in each bathroom. There were insects crawling around in the bathroom and we were all bitten by something during our stay. The property was cold at night and the bedding wasn't sufficient for an autumn stay. We found spare duvets but not for everyone and they were covered in stains. There were 2 large farm dogs left...

"Wir waren zu 4 dort , und hatten da ein schönen Aufenthalt , wir wurden informiert das jemand kommt und einmal den Rasen mäht , was uns nicht gestört hat , auch um den Pool wurde sich gekümmert , Kommunikation war Einwand frei ! Die Terasse ist sehr einladet ! Gerne wieder"
