"In the old part of Palma but near the newer part allowed walking to many places. It had everything I needed and close to grocery store etc. Clean and comfortable, not too much noise from the street."

"Everything during our stay was close to perfect! From the communication before hand to help us navigate the travel requirements on the island, to it being in the most ideal location we could think of. Outside the apartment was an amazing square with restaurants, bars, and music. Everything from sites, beaches, busses, and more importantly, gelato was a easy walk away. The information packet they provided as well was extremely helpful to find everything you will need. Please be aware however...

"There are soooo many good things to say. First the apartment is in a great area, the bed is extremely comfortable and there are lots of shelves and storage in both the bedroom and the bathroom to unpack and store your things- which is very rare. And the hosts (Santi & Angela) are absolutely amazing. Incredibly flexible and oh so KIND!!! My husband fell and had to go to the hospital and they came with their entire family to visit and brought some things we needed from the apartment. ...

"The apartment is quite Spartan,however ,everything one requires,is there and more importantly,everything works. One criticism,the gallery bedroom is accessed by a galvanazed steel stairway,with check plate treads,make sure you use shoes to visit the toilet in the night Loved the position,and the staff at Priority Villas were more than helpful."

"Staff stood us up for checking in on two occasions (and we had to call several times, including booking agents to locate the correct phone number and wait hours to be given the keys and to pay). Staff stood us up for check-out as well. Room did not have washing machine as advertised or toiletries or toilet paper. Room smelt bad."

"Für 5 Wochen waren wir Gast in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Altstadt. Sie ist über eine steile und schmale Treppe im zweiten Obergeschoss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei. Das schöne Schlafzimmer ist über eine steile Metalltreppe zu erreichen. Das Bad ist eine Etage tiefer. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist die Küche minimalistisch eingerichtet. Das Sofa hat kein Sitzkomfort. Jeder Wassertropfen zählt. Leider gibt es keine Stöpsel zum verschließen in Spüle...
