"We had a very pleasant stay. The property is close to a lovely promenade, all amenities nearby and good bus connections to Palma. The property is ample for 2 people with the added bonuses of 2 bathrooms and outside dining area."

"This is one of the most incredible villas in the city. It has so much space, easily sleeps 12 and Susana is a superb host who has thought of everything and makes the whole process so easy. I couldn’t fault anything and would thoroughly recommend for anybody."

" This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!"

"Had a super stay . The house was clean and tidy . We had the luxury of a bathroom each. Communication was good from our host, with recommendations on restaurants in Palma. We were also left a delicious cake and some cava. Would highly recommend "

"We loved the pool amd the gorgeous grounds. Xisco was very available and responsive. The location was a lovely oasis at the end of each day, and everything on the island is driving distance."

"The apartment was exactly as described, extremely clean, with everything that we needed. Unfortunately the parking was a bit of a nightmare but once we found an underground parking facility we’ve had no issues anymore. The location of the apartment is not ideal for those who want to be close to the beach, but if you rent a car you can get anywhere in the city within 10-20 minutes"

"Some tweaks to improve the score -include 1.Telephone entry system needs repair-door bell not working so later guests only let in my mobile alert and 1st guest going down to let them in. 2. Additional set of keys for 3 individual guests would have been helpful. 3. Bath mats & tea towel or clean dish washing cloth or wipes would be helpful for keeping kitchen clean. "

"The property is located in a very convenient area. There is plenty of space for multiple people and the general facilities were good. The property has some serious issues though: 1. There is a smell of raw sewage in both bathrooms, dishwasher and the kitchen which comes and goes. It can be very overwhelming! 2. We killed 3 huge cockroach's both upstairs and downstairs. We also saw poisonous cockroach traps left in some rooms. We had 1 toddler and 1 child so had to make sure they were not...

"The accommodation was absolutely lovely. Spotlessly clean, welcoming, with all the amenities as described like new. But it was more luxurious than expected with electric operated curtains from the bedside, tvs on both levels, two separate showers, multiple fresh towels etc. it was excellent. "

"This hotel was lovely, the staff were so accommodating and friendly nothing was too much bother. Each night we ordered take away into the hotel and staff were helpful in making sure we knew where plates and cutlery were. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen especially with variety. For a three star hotel it was a lot better than I had expected. It also seems that they are doing some refurbishments which I believe will improve the hotel further. The room we stayed in was perfectly fine, it wasn’t spotless but I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that were to the same standard. There is a bus stop a minute walk out of the hotel and Ubers from the airport to the hotel wasn’t expensive which was a highlight. Overall if you want to stay somewhere that is cheap and cheerful this place is spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and as young adults I felt very safe staying here. "
