Unfortunately we couldn’t get into the hotel restaurant on the Friday night and the attempted to set us up in the bar which really wasn’t the correct ambiance, but they quickly rectified it by arranging a lovely restaurant close by and gave us a couple of free drinks. Overall the service was excellent will definitely return. "

"We booked a swim up pool room and we were not told that the pool is cold and does not work during certain times of the year. This would have been important to note as we would not have booked this room if we knew. The pool although closed was super dirty and not kept up well for a 5 star hotel I think they should at least keep that done. Besides that the room was beautiful, clean and spacious.
