"This was a great hotel option in Palma, perfect location for seeing all the historic sights and easy to walk to everything. We jumped on the bus right across the street to go to Bellver Castle. The staff were all friendly, and the place was extremely clean. We were also very grateful to one of the ladies at the front desk who arranged for us to stay an extra night and we didn’t have to move rooms. "The only reason for not giving the 5 start is because of parking, the hotel is awesome and is in the best posible location, a lot to do and see around walking distance but theres no parking in the hotel, you need to drive couple of blocks to an underground parking and it is a lil bit of a mission. If you are not renting a car perfect but if you are renting a car is going to be challenging to park even driving around palma is crazy. Other than that the staff and hotel are awesome!"
