This is lovely hotel and the staff was great. We had half board and the dinner options and food were fantastic. The breakfast was very good. The thermal spa is wonderful and the beach is good with great sandy bottom and easy to swim.

At first glance this place wows, but off-season it's just fair. We were quite happy with the size of the room and private patio. Our primary complaints relate to the lack of dining accommodations (one restaurant for lunch, dinner and room service with no menu variation) and unfriendly dining staff. Also, the kinderclub is only available July and August, so if you plan to be there the other 10 months of the year, bring that into account. The beach is public access, expect it to be crowded and to be hassled by locals trying to sell you their services. Unfortunately, you have no control over the lights on your room patio, at 6pm it turns on and doesn't seem to turn off until dawn. We asked the reception staff to turn it off, they said they could not but promised to remove the bulb. In five days they did not, so no chance of stargazing or a relaxing evening in the bright light. We were also told by staff that the location was only half-full, but when we asked for late checkout by 45 minutes we were told it wasn't possible, they could give us 20 minutes. It just seemed that overall the external picture presented wasn't matched by delivery of quality services/amenities which was a shame because it seemed so promising.

I will start with: I can’t wait to go back. We spent a few nights here as the start of a vacation traveling to Barcelona and Portugal. I haven’t been treated that well by a hotel staff in quite a while. They all were fabulous! The facility is beautiful. The beach is right there and sandy! Pool bar has some great choices. We purchased breakfast as part of our package. They offer many choices. Well worth the price. The property has several restaurants nearby. A cab ride to the restaurants in Palma is around 11€. It is a quick and safe journey. The room was spacious and modern. The balcony was a nice place to sit at the end of the day. We were visiting a the end of October and were able to turn the ac off and sleep with the balcony door open. With the sound of the waves crashing on the beach it was easy to fall asleep. It was a great start to our vacation. We spent hours trying to find the right hotel, reading and researching. If you want a hotel with great service on a beach that is close to good restaurants look no further.

Just a great time! We had just finished 10 days of exploring Spain with lots of walking. The property was perfect for a couple of days of rest and relaxation. We arrived at 530am after coming to the island on a ferry and thought we would probably have to wait most/all the morning for our room. Susanna greeted us and found a room to check in which was a lifesaver. The next two days were absolutely perfect with the beach, pool, room food and the room. Out 15th Anniversay was taken care of by staff and we are most appreciative. Thanks to all the staff who are friendly courteous and helpful. Looking forward to a return for a week long get away!

The first two things that come to mind are The Amazing View and Exceptional Staff. The view from our balcony is one of the best I have seen and every member of the staff was overly friendly and accommodating. We have traveled to many places and this is probably tied for our number one spot.

I have so many wonderful things. We arrived 6 hours later than anticipated due to flight delays and lost baggage on a Saturday night. Jorge was at front desk. He literally saved the day. Gave us toothpaste, toothbrushes, and other toiletries to hold us over until our bag arrived. Room was spotless with the most breathtaking sea view. Rooms nice size too. Housekeeping was prompt everyday and I never had to ask to replenish anything! Pool was clean and sun beds were plentiful. Drinks at hotel bar were great and service was impeccable. I would give this place 10 stars if I could for their impeccable customer service and cleanliness! Would definitely return!

The hotel feels a bit dated, facilities are OK, limited sunbathing space. The Pops restaurant is good, breakfast is good with table service and efficient staff. Rooms are fairly small but clean and housekeeping was excellent
