"The property was beautiful and modern. It was mostly clean although we found the room to be a bit dusty and the floor did not feel clean. The room was luxurious and we enjoyed out stay! "

"If you want to stay in this area, this is the ideal place for pool and beach without the craziness of others. It is at end of beach which is really nice. The rooms were great and breakfast was awesome. Housekeeping took/misplaced my pajamas one day and I never got them back and had to follow up with staff, but no success. This was very disappointing indeed, but otherwise great stay. "

"A very pleasant stay with wonderful multilingual and friendly staff. The hotel appears to have been extended into numerous surrounding properties, which makes for a bit of a maze, which adds to its charm. Your room is cleaned daily by lovely staff. Very good value for money."

Relaxing stay.

"Ideal location for Can Pastilla and the airport. Palma about a 30 minute bus ride. Hotel staff very welcoming helpful, and friendly. Will definitely stay again. Added extra, offered, drinks and snacks when arriving for early or late check during the night. Pool area, gym and sauna lovely for a relaxing stay. Restaurant buffet spotless and lovely staff. Only negative was lack of choice of vegan options especially desserts. Favourite was the vegan paella."

"We had a fantastic stay , we stayed in the delux room . Hotel staff were friendly and made sure our every need was seen to! The hotel and general toilets were always cleaned Food was excellent with different themed foods every night! Our only ‘complaint’ would be that the rooms are soundproof and you could hear people talking or coming in at different times of the day/night "

"We booked throug Expedia. Staff were attentive. Room was clean but we had some problems with the lighting. We brought to the staff attention and they fixed it. Walls are very thin and lots of street noise after 11pm. Hotel is close to Old town and great restaurants. Very walkable location. "

"Loved the hotel and where it’s situated. The views from our hotel room on the 9th floor was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. I would definitely recommend all inclusive when booking the hotel. Supermarket on the lower ground floor has everything you need. The amenities and customer services are 👌 10/10. The staff are always friendly and helpful and can accommodate requests. You can also walk to the beach from the hotel. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely come back. "
