"We had a fantastic stay from booking to leaving. We appreciated welcome emails before our visit that provided information about the hotel and things to enhance our stay. We arrived early because of our flight time and were greeted by smiling, helpful reception staff who provided us with complimentary drinks and pastries while we checked in. "Great location , enabling you to walk easily to key locations. Lots of beautiful cafes and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed breakfast. Staff friendly and efficient. What I liked least, was some chair fabrics such as in reception area were grubby. On arrival to room there was a smell of sweat. The shower grouting needs a deep clean. This did not impact on our overall stay. "
