"I travel to Pacific Grove often. I always check the prices for hotels and inevitably the Rosedale is the most affordable. It is located directly across the street from the Asilomar Conference Center. This affords me the opportunity to have breakfast at the Asilomar lobby and enjoy the amenities of a first class experience. And, the Rosedale is located next to wonderful trails leading to the ocean as you walk through the pine forest surrounding the area."

"Stayed for three nights, the room was nice and clean. It was off season so the parking lot was easy to find in front of our room every night. Walking distance to the beach, lighthouse and tide pools. There is a cute little restaurant next door that had coffee, ice cream and also served hot dogs but we went for morning coffees and ice cream. The down town area is also a quick 3 minute drive with lots of restaurants and cute little shops. Very conveniently located and peaceful. Ooh and there were lots of deer in the area which was very cute to see. We would stay in this Pacific Grove area again when visiting Monterey Bay. "
