"The property was in great condition as well as the room. Wonderful quiet rooms, free wi fi, all clean, neat, new appliances and amenities. The check in and check out is HORRIBLE, it takes entirely too long to check in or check out, only one person working desk and they were overwhelmed. I was very upset about having to wait so long.close to an hour each time, sucks. Never had this happen before. "

"The only reason it wasn't 5 stars across the board is due to the construction going on but that is understandable to be doing in the fall and winter when its less busy. We enjoyed our stay and the room was nice (the wall paper in the master bathroom could use some fixing). "

"We decided to stay in Springfield due to attending a wedding at Compton Lake, which is about an hour north. I called ahead to see if we could get an early check in so that we could freshen up and change clothes after driving 5 hours. The hotel was very accommodating and we got in as soon as we arrived. Thank you so much to Greenstay for going above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and carefree. The staff was great!!!"
