The property is a nice place for families with plenty on site to do. It is dated, but it appears they're in the process of upgrading several buildings. Its a great value for families and close to the landing.

We LOVED our stay! We chose the 2 bedroom villa for our large family of 6. It was so perfect. From the incredible staff, cozy pool, awesome activities center… everything about this was perfect!

Room was clean a very spacious for the price. Only bad thing was the walls are thin. Any guest above or beside you you can hear them. Overall, I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The property is absolutely great. You can rent movies for free, the pool is giant, and hot tub was amazing! The staff is super helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

The property was located on the “South 40” 20-30 minutes away from everything. Internet was 1-2 bars, not good when you want to know what’s going on in Branson and you can’t get a signal or it’s buffering…everything is driven from your phone & when it’s not very fast, that’s very frustrating.

It was quiet and had a lot of room. We had to attend a funeral and the staff checking us in were wonderful. There is a games/activities center and pool/hot tub. It made a rather sad time a better experience for our family.

Property team was great, the pool was not clean, if you are staying with your children - just know the pool isn’t filtered. The property was clean, there was rust on the main toilet seat that hadn’t been cleaned off - and not a lot of cooking utensils if you are planning to dine in. We enjoyed the property itself, and the rooms and arrangements were nice, but couldn’t stay again due to the conditions of the swimming pool.
